Cooking
Onion finely chopped.
Garlic cut into small slices.
Bulgarian pepper clear from the core and cut into thin, long stripes.
Egg whites to separate from yolks and each component whisk well, then combine into a homogeneous mass, add milk, garlic, sour cream, pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
Ham (I had ham Turkey) cut into slices and spread first layer in greased ovenproof form.
Then cover the ham with a layer of sliced onions (during the first minutes of cooking the ham is roasted, and then that the ham is not burned, "has a" bow, or rather its juice, which is released during the remaining minutes of cooking). Next spread a layer of fresh bell pepper.
Further to the pepper, pour the mixture of eggs. Close the lid and put in preheated to about 200*C oven for 15 min.
After baking, sprinkle with small diced pieces of cheese and greens. You can cover and leave until the cheese melt, but you can not do this (at least me whole, slightly melted cheese like more:))
Well, it's for some scrambled eggs turned out.
Bon appetit, dear visitors of this recipe ;)
