Cheesecake with cottage cheese-pudding filling
Grandmother baked the most delicious cheesecake in the world! I'm still far from such. Today I'll make you cheesecake, you could say modern. Took the recipe from Slovak fodder book. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    100 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Pudding vanilla

    2 pack

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Mix all ingredients for the dough. Wait for increase in volume.

Mix all ingredients for the dough, add the yeast mixture.

Knead the dough. Cover and leave to rise for an hour.

Prepare the stuffing. 2 milk cook pudding mix with a whisk to avoid lumps. Leave to cool completely.

Beat butter with sugar. Add the cooled pudding and whip.

Add the cheese and again beat.

Cutting Board sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough to 1 cm height. The Cup or mold with a diameter of 10 cm cut out circles.

Transfer circles to prepared baking sheet. With your fingers make an indentation in the middle for the filling. Just press down the dough. Let it go for 10 minutes. Circle cheesecake put some beaten egg.

In the middle of the cheesecake spread the filling. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 gr.
