Husband wanted meatballs for dinner. Ran to cook, as always in the process of cooking is improvising. The result was meatballs on aubergine.

Cooking
To prepare the stuffing: chop the chicken fillet in a meat grinder. Also add a couple of slices of white bread, soaked in milk.
Cabbage and onions grind in a blender.
Add the egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
To pyrovate meatballs, chopped breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.
Form of grease with vegetable oil. Eggplant clean, cut into thin slices, place in the bottom of the form.
Finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil.
Onion+carrot to the meatballs.
To prepare cream sauce: flour fry in a dry pan, add butter, slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. I have, unfortunately, formed, but I fixed this error with the help of a blender.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Cheese to grate and sprinkle on top. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes until it forms a delicious, Golden crust.
Look what a wonderful Golden meatballs turned out!!! To them I made mashed potatoes. Think the husband will be pleased.
