Going through old books, came across an old pamphlet(without cover). Read the recipe and went to cook(luckily, all the products were at hand). The original fish Carp. Fish with a smoked flavor, a beer and rice. Source: brochure "Fish. Drying. Smoking. "Do not throw Slippers if there is such a recipe

Ingredients

  • Mullet

    1 piece

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Salt

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Black tea

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Liquid smoke

    5 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

prepare the marinade: in a saucepan, pour water, add salt, sugar, black tea(added a black TES fruit), peel the onion and pepper. Set it all on fire, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Cool(cool on the balcony)

while the marinade cools, make fish. The fish is cleaned(from the scales), cut off the head, cut along the ridge, cut the spine and remove gut. To make cuts

In the cold marinade, add the liquid smoke and the vodka, put the fish in swimming for an hour

Preheat the oven to 200 gr. To catch the fish from the marinade, Pat dry(a paper towel), brush with vegetable oil. Put on the grill, under the bottom of the lattice to substitute a baking sheet(with fish drips) in the oven to sunbathe for 30-40 minutes

That fish our tanned, browned, and you can cool down with a glass of cool beer... mmm... pleasure(so said my husband)
