Description

Grandma's pancakes
As promised, I show you a special recipe pancakes malinich (and at the time, and grandma roasted the same, hence the name). BUT honestly, I wouldn't call them "pancakes", for me personally they are more like pancakes... BUT against mom, let alone me! Not going to say a lot - come, see, help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

step-0
So... first, take 750 ml of milk (the rest will come in handy later), heated it a little bit... For a test it is better to take a large pan (the dough is well raised!)
step-1
It's all bulk ingredients that we need...
step-2
In warm milk, add salt, sugar, semolina and yeast... all this well to mix.
step-3
Then add the flour, stir the mixture to avoid lumps. You should get a thick dough, even thicker than for pancakes! Cover it with a towel and put in a warm place until the dough has come.
step-4
The dough should increase in volume about 3 times...
step-5
Next, take the eggs, whisk them...
step-6
And pour all into the dough...
step-7
Now all you need a good knead until smooth...
step-8
Then pour in the dough vegetable oil...
step-9
And again all this well-kneaded...
step-10
Boil the remaining milk and immediately pour it into the dough (to brew).
step-11
Again, as it should, mix well and cover with a towel, leave for 30 minutes.
step-12
During this time the dough will have time once again to rise.
step-13
Well, now, finally... start baking! Fry on medium heat, greasing the pan with vegetable oil!
step-14
I have to mess around with the dough... but the pancakes turn out delicious!
step-15
You can eat with anything: with butter, with jam, with condensed milk, sour cream... whatever you like...!
step-16
Pancakes turn out very hearty!!!
step-17
Enjoy your drink!!!
