Puff pie with potatoes and meat
The summer is over! Today it is raining and wants, not fruit, but something more substantial! Took the recipe on a social network, the author Natalia Portnova (a lot of baking in her recipes), a little moonlighting for themselves, and that's what happened!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Yogurt

    350 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Margarine

    190 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

Boil the potatoes in salted water, bring to a boil, allow to simmer for 5 minutes, turn off the stove and let it stands.

Eggs whipped with sugar and salt.

Added kefir soda, melted margarine. All is well mixed.

Gradually add the flour. The batter will be quite thick.

While the dough is resting, fry onion until transparent. Add the mince, allow the liquid to evaporate. Add salt and optional seasoning and herbs.

With wet hands take a large part of the test, distribute it along the bottom of the form.

Cover pie with remaining dough. Do not forget to moisturise your hands! Grease with a yolk with the water. And send in a preheated 180*C oven for 1 hour, and then expand the pie and bake for another 15 min.
