Cooking
Boil the potatoes in salted water, bring to a boil, allow to simmer for 5 minutes, turn off the stove and let it stands.
Eggs whipped with sugar and salt.
Added kefir soda, melted margarine. All is well mixed.
Gradually add the flour. The batter will be quite thick.
While the dough is resting, fry onion until transparent. Add the mince, allow the liquid to evaporate. Add salt and optional seasoning and herbs.
With wet hands take a large part of the test, distribute it along the bottom of the form.

Cover pie with remaining dough. Do not forget to moisturise your hands! Grease with a yolk with the water. And send in a preheated 180*C oven for 1 hour, and then expand the pie and bake for another 15 min.
