Delicious Apple pancake from the oven.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

Preheat the oven to 260C. In a blender or a food processor mix the eggs.

Sour cream in a glass and pour the milk 0.75 Cup, pour in the bowl of a blender. Add the flour, salt, sugar mix in a blender until smooth (about 30 seconds). Put aside.

Apples peel and cut into slices.

In a frying pan diameter (25cm) on moderate heat, melt the butter.

Add the apples and evenly sprinkle sugar on them.

Cook apples, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until light brown.

Remove the pan from the fire. Apples a bit shift in the center of the pan and pour the prepared pancake mix from the blender around the circumference of the pan, the remaining mixture pour on the apples themselves.

Bake at 220 degrees about 15 minutes. Then remove and flip onto a plate.
