Chicken drumsticks with tangerine and ginger
Chicken legs baked with a ginger-tangerine sauce. As usual - simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

Onions and Mandarin (1pc.) cut into thin rings.

Refractory form to lay a parchment. Place a layer of onions.

Layer rings of the Mandarin.

Sprinkle the "needles" of rosemary.

Then put the drumstick, season with salt and pepper, add the paprika. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

The second Mandarin peel and films and, together with ginger grind in a blender. Add and dissolve in the mixture a teaspoon of sugar.
