This dish was invented by me several years ago. Delicious juicy fish! I propose to try. For the competition "Bright mood".

Cooking
Fish clean, wash, sprinkle with salt and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Next, dip it and fry on medium heat in vegetable (oil or butter).
Fried fish put in a baking dish.
Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater (I use processor), onion cut into half rings. All passeruem in vegetable oil without the smell for about 15 minutes.
Then add the sliced peppers, tomato slices, boiled beans, salt, pepper, sweet peas, nutmeg, Bay leaf and tomato. Passeruem about 10 minutes.
On top of the fish, spread the vegetables.
Put in a preheated 180*C oven for 20-25 minutes.
It turns out that this delicious, fragrant and very juicy fish. BON APPETIT!!!
