This recipe I owe to my mother, who last spring was in Italy and tasted this tart. He liked it so much that she was talking to the chef and learned the method of its preparation! I have long doubted - to cook or not, but after took my first bite, all doubts have disappeared. The taste is just fantastic!

Cooking
The form for tarte butter.
The puff pastry out thinly and put in a form.
For the syrup we need: 100g of brown sugar, cinnamon and 50 ml of water.
Let the mixture be within 5 minutes to a state of caramel.
Fresh pear clean from the skin and cut into large slices.
Lower the pears into the caramel, add the butter.
Fry the pears on both sides in 2 minutes.
Remove the pears from the caramel, the caramel cream to enter.
The dough pears, walnuts and thyme.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
The tart is ready remove from the oven and let it sit a little.
