Potato patties
Delicious, easy to prepare and very flavorful potato patties.

Ingredients

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1.5 tsp

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    0.7 kg

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Potatoes (preferably young) boil until tender, but do not seethe. Peel and grate on a fine grater.

Beat in potatoes 2яйца and add milk.

Finely chop the onion and fry until Golden brown. Add to the potatoes. There also add salt, pepper and nutmeg (on nutmeg duty I would have insisted he will give the dish a unique flavor, and the taste is pleasant affect)
