Mushrooms stuffed with eggs, cheese and green onions. A tasty appetizer.

Cooking
Eggs cut into cubes, cheese grate, onion cut into.
Eggs, onions and cheese mixed with butter and wine. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Mushrooms to clean and wash.
Fill mushrooms with egg mixture.
Stuffed mushrooms lay on a greased form and bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
Garnish with tomato and parsley. Bon appetit!
