Cooking
In ground meat, add finely chopped onion, egg, a slice of loaf (soaked in water), salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater, add finely chopped parsley and dill. Mix well.
From stuffing to make the cake, put it on the cheese filling.
To form the patties.
Roll in flour. Fry in a pan in vegetable oil until tender. Then fold the cutlets in the pan, add a little water, a knob of butter and simmer on very low heat for 5 minutes.
Obtained here are the usual burgers with a surprise. Delicious! BON APPETIT!!!
