Muffins with smoked meat and cheese
These muffins are very hearty, flavorful, the inside is light and porous.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Meat

    100 g

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Olives

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

Cooking

Cut meat, salmon, sausage, small strips,

Combine it with the grated cheese, black olives,

Spices and egg, all mix well.

To this mixture add the vegetable oil and yogurt, stir and add flour in portions, mixing thoroughly.

The resulting mass lay in a greased form or in paper baking molds muffins. Form, fill 2/3 full. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190*C for 30 minutes.
