Our family had a long debate about what to call this dish. I said, "bump", the husband said, "pineapple", and his daughter supported him. I think that is important not the name, but the taste you will definitely have a positive. I ask all to the table!:)

Cooking
Fish RUB with salt and pepper.
Spread on a greased baking sheet. Pineapple rings cut into triangles or semi-circles. Spread over the fish.

Cut the potato as well as the pineapple, spread on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven until tender (about 20 minutes). When serving, arrange greens.
