A kebab Georgian chicken
This method of marinating the skewers, I told the neighbor Georgians. Skewers for this recipe turns out incredibly juicy!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Barberry

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Sumy

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    0.5 l

Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into medium pieces. I had a breast with skin and bone weighing 1.4 kg, it turned out 1.05 kg of fillet.

To fillet, add salt, sugar, coriander, pepper, sumac, barberries (I crushed with a knife into small pieces) and garlic chopped with a knife.

Then add the tomato paste and soy sauce, stir well - rubbing the marinade into the meat.

After fill the chicken water (potable, room temperature), again stir well and leave in the fridge to marinate overnight.

When the coals are almost ready, pour the marinade and chicken strung on skewers. I've done portions on the skewers, it needs an hour to soak them in water.

Fry over the coals until cooked. Filet is prepared very quickly, do not desiccate.
