Fish in cheese batter
Offer a recipe of delicious fish. Hope you'll like it.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fillet cut into large chunks.

Season with salt and pepper, pour the wine (with fish of course fits better with white wine, but I decided to experiment with red, it was very tasty) stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, pour the mayonnaise, beat the eggs.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

In whipped mass add salt, pepper, grated cheese, flour and mix thoroughly.

Pieces of fish Moka in the batter and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
