Cooking
To prepare the main ingredients. Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.
Knead the dough. I trust the bread maker according to the instructions to lay the ingredients.

Punch down and divide into four parts: 3 at 300 g for baguettes and the rest is for a small loaf.
Formed into baguettes. Put in baetica or on a baking sheet. A loaf put in a greased with lard or vegetable oil form. Leave for proofing for 30 to 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Before sending in the oven for the baguettes to make the cuts with a sharp knife. Baguettes bake at 190 - 200 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Bread bake at 180 - 190 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
The finished product cool on a wire rack under a linen towel.
