Shortbread mini biscuits
It is delicate and fragrant, fragile and crumbly shortbread is sure to delight your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Powdered sugar

    120 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    40 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    8 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    200 g

In the bowl of a blender combine the softened butter, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, salt.

Sift the flour.

And gradually add to sugar-butter mass.

Knead a soft dough.

Dough to shape small balls (each ball for 5 grams). Spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Send in a preheated oven (160 degrees). Bake 12 minutes (I baked 18). Biscuits should be light.

The cookies lay on a cutting wooden Board and allow to cool.
