Description

Garnish stewed pumpkin
Delicious, spicy and sweet-sour pumpkin on the side. Like adults and children. Good as a separate dish, but you can with a piece of meat. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and quickly fry the finely chopped garlic, 10-15 seconds. Lower the heat to medium.

Pumpkin peel and cut into thin slices, spread the garlic and fry another couple of minutes

Add spices, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Thoroughly but gently mix. Simmer with the lid closed, about 7-10 minutes. The liquid should evaporate by half.
