Cooking
Meat scroll through a meat grinder with onions, add in minced egg, 100g grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
For the sauce onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Onions and carrots fry until cooked, add salt, 1 tsp sugar, sour cream, tomato paste and dilute all liter of broth left over from cooking pasta. To bring everything to a boil.
The nest cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Very CAREFULLY remove with a large slotted spoon them from the pan. (The broth not pour!) Put the nest in a baking dish.
In the middle of each nest with your fingers to make indentations and compacted there for the meat.
Nest pour the sauce on top. And sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven heated to 150 gr. for 30 minutes.
