Cutlets a La "Pozharsky& amp;quot; (simplified version) with buckwheat. Maybe not Pozharsky, but this is my version of a quick and tasty dinner to feed the family when running after work.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    3 pack

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Baton

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parmesan

    50 g

Cooking

Until cooked buckwheat, I have 25 minutes to prepare a hearty dinner for the family
