Warm salad of breast of duck and funchoza
My youngest son is a fan of duck Breasts, funchoza. And then came across a recipe where both products in one salad, I did. The indescribable taste: fragrant, sweet and sour.

Ingredients

  • Breast of duck

    200 g

  • Cellophane

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

  • Ginger

  • Black pepper

  • Cinnamon

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

Cooking

Take the duck breast and the skin do along the incisions.

Make a marinade of honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon.

Take funchoza. Fill with boiling water and stand 5 minutes.
