Pie Florentine
Very delicious and rich cake. Well, if you prepare in advance some products, it is still pretty fast.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Spinach

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    50 g

Mushrooms wash, cut into slices, season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic and fry until tender. Cool.

Rinse the spinach, remove the stems, and fry in butter. Cool.

Tear mozzarella into small pieces. Ham finely chop.

Divide the dough in two, roll out. Single layer spread in the form greased with oil. Form size 24 cm

Then put the stuffing layers. The first layer I like spinach, but next time I'll start with mushrooms. The spinach slightly moistened bottom layer of dough. Although the taste is not affected.

Pour half of the cream. The original recipe was whipped cream eggs (2 PCs), but my children suddenly decided that I didn't love anything that resembles an omelet. Therefore, eggs were removed from the recipe :)

Then a layer of ham, remaining mozzarella. All pour cream.

Close the pie with a second layer of dough, tightly Saipov region. Make a small hole in the middle. I also tried to decorate a cake with figures made of dough and grease melted butter.
