Fir meat
Unusual and easy to prepare dish. Perfect for the holiday table. The recipe was published online in 2007, Freya by the user and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Thank you Lady Kitten for making photos.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

The main products that we need. And young, short branches of spruce - 6 pieces

Meat wash and set aside. Garlic cut lengthwise into strips.

In the meat with a knife make punctures and respigam garlic.

Meat salt and good pepper.

Onions cut into rings.

Foil folded into several layers to be tougher (I had three layers), in the middle put onion rings with a size slightly larger than the meat.

Liberally coat the meat with mayonnaise and spread on onions.

The remaining onion to impose meat.

Sprigs of spruce and scalded with boiling water.

To impose sprigs of meat in a circle, wrap the foil and send in the oven at medium heat for 1 hour 20 minutes.
