The meatballs in cheese and cream sauce
Reflecting yesterday on the question of what to cook for dinner with ground beef, I remembered this recipe. When I lived with my parents, it is often used to cook... very tasty sauce!!! The recipe comes from gourmet magazine...

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Bun

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

A bun to soak in water, then squeeze well. Onion and Apple into small cubes. In minced meat add onion, salt, pepper, spices, Apple, muffin, egg. Mix well.

In a pan pour the broth (if no broth, you can use boiled water, but do not forget to primality). Of meat to form meatballs and put them in boiling broth. Cook for just 3-4 minutes (if the meatballs are not fully submerged in the broth, then a few minutes turn out on the other side).

Remove the meatballs from the broth, place them in a separate bowl, cover with a tea towel so they don't have time to cool down.

In a pan melt butter, add flour, stir. Then pour milk and broth. Simmer until boiling.

Once the sauce boils, pour in the cream

Cheese grate on a fine grater, add to the sauce. Mix.

Put the meatballs in the sauce, cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
