Cooking
In a large bowl, mix all dough ingredients until it forms a ball. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Grease a deep bowl with oil, put the dough, close with cling film and leave to rise for about an hour.
Prepare the filling: mix cheese, sugar and raisins.
Approaching divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each half into a sheet thickness of 1/2 cm
Grease filling and roll into a loaf.
From the resulting strips to weave a "pigtail".
Repeat with second half of dough. Obtained here are 2 braids. Leave them to rise for about an hour, grease with beaten egg and put into the oven for 45-50 minutes.
