Description
In the diaries I've already complimented her new toy - pots for baking :) Again, cook led me to this purchase: as many recipes for the contest was for pots! Found in the store what I wanted: pots for 0, 5 l with a concave bottom. Now learn. Difficult to review on the website all the "pot& amp;quot; recipes, but, like, haven't seen. Try the fish in Brazil (at least, so says the book "Cooking pot").

Cooking
Fish fillet (I got tuna) cut into large pieces, add salt and pepper to taste.
Onion and garlic finely chop, add salt-pepper. With beans drain the liquid. Cut the tomatoes into small slices, season with salt.
All the products I have divided in 2 pots. In a pot pour 1 tbsp of olive oil, shake the pot from side to side so that the oil enveloped and walls.
Put in a pot in layers: fish - onions garlic - beans - tomatoes. And again the same thing. Put the pots with food in the cold for 30 minutes (at this time, I prepared the pots for another recipe: Mushrooms with celery in Apple sauce; then all went into the oven :) )
After half an hour in a pot add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp. of lemon juice, cover with lids, put in a slightly heated oven, increase the temperature to 180*C and bake for approximately 1 hour. In the photo, the pots with the fish standing in the back...
Then switch off the oven, but pots is not take out; another 30 minutes they stand in turned-off oven. I liked the dish a nice spicy, without a pronounced fishy smell, light and hearty at the same time.
