The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Professor McGonagall called "Special cheese" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Interesting recipe, it gives great scope for imagination in terms of filling for cheese. In this embodiment, is carrots, nuts and greens, but can be anything that your heart desires: mushrooms, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, etc. Proportions, which I'm indicating, indicative, all to your taste. Cheese turns solid.
Cheese put in a saucepan and place over a water bath. As a variant from the author of the recipe: put it in a bag, tie and put in boiling water.
When cheese is melted, remove from the heat. Add the nuts (it will be tastier if the pieces will not too small), carrots and greens. Stir quickly.
Put it in any form or on a sheet of foil.
Let cool, store in the refrigerator.
