Julienne eggplant and mushrooms
A delicate and tasty dish. I recommend to cook!!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    550 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Eggplant cut into cubes.

Mushrooms - thin slices.

Cut onion finely.

It all fry for 15 minutes in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the cream. Salt-pepper. Simmer 8-10 min.

Put in a fireproof dish

On top put a layer of sour cream.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the microwave to melt cheese.
