Hake baked in sour cream and other ingredients :)
in General, you had something for dinner to figure out and wanted fish:) here I am at the bottom of the barrel scraped... found tucked hake in the freezer.... had to eat it:) just Wanted to bake, but then I get a little "flight of fancy"... Dear cooks - judge for yourself what happened :) :)

Ingredients

  • Heck

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Lemon juice

  • Butter

Cooking

First, turn on the oven at maximum temperature. Potatoes put on to cook. as the boil - cook for 10 minutes. I'm a little daydreaming and I have 20 minutes cooked,this circles to cut(as it was conceived at first), it failed :)

Fish wash,cut into pieces. Salt,pepper, add seasoning to the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sour cream,tomato paste, mayonnaise and garlic(pressed with garlic press) mix :)

Finely chop onions...

Tomato peel and cut into cubes.

Add to the mixture creamy Pestovo garlic.

Form grease with butter. Cut into circles( I have in fact a long cooking not quite circles),a little salt and sprinkle with seasoning for fish.

The potatoes and arrange the onion,then fish..

A couple of slices of butter on top that was juicy:)

On top spread sour cream filling, cover with a lid and in the oven. How to start bubbling, then cook for 20-30 minutes at a maximum temperature( I have maximum 265). During cooking you a couple of times to look in shape and a little spoon to "move" to the sauce spread everywhere.
