Cooking
Fresh pork steaks dry with a paper towel, the excess moisture we do not need.
The steaks lightly with olive oil and pepper and optionally add cumin or other spices.
The grilling pan to heat until it begins to slightly smoke, put the steaks and fry on one side 3-4 minutes, turn over and only now sprinkle with salt, and fry for 3-4 minutes,
Put in a preheated 220-230 degree oven for 7-9 minutes, depending on the amount of meat.
Serve with potatoes or salad, but that's not important...
