To prepare biscuits prepare the dough, to do this, whisk the eggs,add sugar and vanilla sugar,stir.Gradually add oil and cheese,mix thoroughly.Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.The dough wrap it in cling film and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Roll out the dough into oval shape and it is ready we spread apricot jam.
Cover the same piece of dough and zasiyaet region.
Now gently shape the body of the mouse.

"Glue" is egg white.

Ready mouse smazyvaem the yolk and put into the oven. Bake at temperature of 180 gr. within 20-25 minutes.
Bun - the mouse allow to cool a little, then coloring the mouse with a sugar glaze (powdered sugar + egg white) and food coloring.
The painted bun placed again in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Bun - the mouse is ready!
I baked normal buns that we ate.Delicious! A mouse to eat did not, sorry.....
