Cooking

now add melted margarine together with vegetable oil, stir and add salt, dissolved in a small amount of water
add gradually flour and knead the dough, leave it, covered with polotenechko for 30 minutes
pass the cottage cheese through a sieve (if the cheese shop, there is no need to wipe) and add sugar to taste and 2 eggs, stir is filling
the dough torn by hand into pieces (not cut) and roll out thin circles with a rolling pin
over the entire surface of the circle, spread the filling and turn rolls
spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil
allow to rise in a warm place for approximately 20-30 minutes, grease with beaten egg and send in a preheated oven 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, to brown
