Cottage cheese rolls
I want to share a recipe that is very often used and which turn out very fluffy and airy rolls.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Flour

    2 kg

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    25 ml

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

heated the milk and dissolve the yeast in it, add the 0.5 cups flour and 0.5 St. spoon sugar, stir - the dough (it should be liquid)
