Description
I guess you are not gonna believe this, but the cakes I did the first time. Pies, rolls, honey cakes of unleavened dough, and did, but the most simple pies, no. Today corrected its omission, and although the cakes on the website, I think, a lot, decided to share, might be useful to someone. And most probably for yourself to the recipe was always "at hand".

Cooking
In the sifted flour (approximately 1 kg 200 g), add yeast.
Butter or margarine to melt, cool.
This mass pour in the flour with the yeast.
Knead by hand for 5 minutes. The dough will stick to your hands.
Cover with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place to approach. I came in 2.5 hours. When you get up, flour your work surface.
Knead again the dough, adding a little flour.
While the dough came up, I made the filling. In vegetable oil fry finely chopped onion.
Add the ground beef. Carefully smash it with a spatula, mix with onions and fry until cooked, salted and pepper to taste.
Now from the test removes a small piece.
Fingers on the table forming a flapjack thick (approximately 7 mm).
Put stuffing (a teaspoon with a slide).
Put patties on oiled baking sheet. Leave for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Before planting pies in the oven, grease them with milk (with a brush).
Bake until ready. I have 40 minutes to make.
I got 20 pies, the filling is ended, and the test of the left half (I knew this, as did a sweet tart). So either the filling twice more, or like me + sweet pie. Or the ingredients for the dough to reduce in two times, I did not write because I was afraid to get lost, and the photo actually shows that products more. Here's my pie. To prepare it, I rest the dough roll on it with any jam or jam a thin layer. Then twist the roll and put into a form.
The most important assistant!!!
And here's the cakes!!! Bon appetit!!!
