Swiss roll with Apple jam
Today the children wanted something of Apple, here's what happened...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

    225 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and powdered sugar, then add eggs and vanilla essence. Well whisk. Add water, whisk again.

Pour the dough into oiled and covered with paper form. I have a form size 20 x 30 cm Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes, cake should be elastic

Towel sprinkle with sugar powder and put the biscuit

Trim the edges

Make a cut from the short side to the middle of the seam, stepping back from the edge approximately 2 cm. (that would in the future, it would be convenient to wrap it as a cake turns out quite lush). Wrap roll in towel and allow it to cool.
