I don't know why the cake is so named probably in honor of himself, his beloved. this cake prepared me for the first time today, turned out very very tasty and pretty. Help yourself, my dear cooks.

Cooking
take our zucchini and...
clean them from the skin...
...three on a small grater, or (I did it) them in a meat grinder.add eggs,salt,flour,soda and mix everything well.The dough should get as pancakes.To the pan add the vegetable oil and bake pancakes.
While the pancakes are cooked prepare the sauce(i.e. the filling for the cake):take the mayonnaise,garlic and greens(I got one dill)
greens finely cut,the garlic press out through the frog and add the mayonnaise.Mix well.(Sorry, the photo is not very)
but our pancakes
put the pancake and spread it with sauce and put on top of the other, etc.
Now decorate,who on that much.....
