Fried eggplants
On the website there are a great many recipes for eggplant, I was shown the "Search" 46 pages. To be honest, all pages are not viewed, somewhere on the tenth stopped. I propose my version, if someone has posted the same recipe, if not offended, I'll just refresh the memory.

Ingredients
