The liver in sweet and sour sauce
A quick dish of simple and affordable products. Beautiful, glossy glaze, rich liver with the taste!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

To prepare the liver, cut into

In a bowl, combine cold water, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, starch (1 tbsp!) and chopped garlic. If you want you can add little ginger

Pan with oil heat. The liver to dip into the remaining starch and fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side

Pour the sauce to the liver and saute for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Thanks to sugar and starch sauce caramelized and thickened.
