Cupcake Christmas red wine
For several years now for Christmas and new year holidays, I will bake cupcakes, always different. And this year I found a new recipe, they kindly shared Tatiana Barkovskaya. The cake is very fragrant, the most that neither is Christmas... I Recommend not to pigeonhole.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Dark chocolate

  • Orange

  • Cocoa powder

  • Carnation

  • Ginger

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.2 tsp

  • Berry

  • Powdered sugar

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Nuts to roast and cool. Do not chop finely.

Pound in a mortar pepper, cloves. Mix with other spices.

In the bucket put the washed and drained raisins, 40 g of butter, orange zest, 30 ml of wine, 60 ml squeezed orange juice. Boil everything on medium heat for a few minutes and set aside.

Add the remaining wine, also promisit until smooth.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or a convenient way for you. In the dough pour 50 g of chocolate and mix gently.

Bake on the middle level of 50 - 70 minutes at 180 degrees, to "a dry splinter", be guided by your oven. The finished cake to hold in the form of 10 minutes, then remove.
