Cooking
Prepare the products.
Boil until cooked rice. I used a basmati rice mix bags TM "Mistral".
Clean and chop the onion.

Stir. The stuffing is ready.
Each layer ( there are only 4 PCs) puff pastry roll out into a rectangle and cut into 4 strips width 5-6 cm

Put the patties on a baking tray lined with parchment. I got 2 baking trays - 16 pies.
Grease with egg yolk ( 1 egg yolk +1 tbsp water +1 tsp vegetable oil). Put the pan in the preheated oven.
Bake pies for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the cakes piping hot.
