Coffee and chocolate cookies with cognac and cheese
Cookies are very lovers of coffee and chocolate. The cheese makes the cookies tender and soft, and a touch of cognac makes the tartness and brings out the flavor of dark chocolate. Here is such a gift I present to your friend and mentor Tanya (Chudo).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

To the cream cheese add the soft butter and beat with a mixer. Add the lemon zest. In hot water to dissolve the coffee and add to the dough. A little beat up
