  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Sugar, egg and lemon zest beat

Melt the chocolate, 50 ml of milk and butter and leave to cool slightly

Add baking powder, flour and whisk. To add slightly cooled chocolate and beat some more

Cheese, egg, sour cream and starch until smooth. Then add the jam and beat some more

The lemon from which you removed the peel, cut into halves, remove seeds and place on the bottom of the form
