Cooking
To prepare the products.
Wash the meat, dry, cut into portions. Slightly discourage, allow, poperchit, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings (I use a mixture of dried herbs).
Meat put in a baking dish. Nuts, peeled garlic and onions, cucumbers to put in the bowl of a food processor and grind.
In powdered mixture add sour cream and stir.
The meat put the whole nut coat and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes the pan from the oven take out the meat... sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese and... for 10 minutes sent the meat in the oven.
Wonderful, juicy, flavorful, very tasty meat!
