Cooking
Everything is very simple! You need 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, which is about 1.5 orange. Zest to RUB on a small grater.
In orange juice, add sugar, zest and bring to a boil. Add butter, cool to room temperature. the butter melts.
In chilled mass add ginger, grated on a fine grater, sour cream, eggs, mix and pour the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well
Instead of forms to use half an orange, peeled from the pulp.
You can bake one big cupcake or mini-cupcakes.
The dough is put in molds, place in preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake until ready.
