Orange cupcakes with a hint of ginger.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    75 g

  • Orange zest

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Ginger

Everything is very simple! You need 150 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice, which is about 1.5 orange. Zest to RUB on a small grater.
