(the author's words) Softened butter vzbit with sugar and vanilla sugar. Sift flour with baking powder.
Not stopping whipping, and one by one add the eggs, each time well whisking the mixture. To enter into the oil-egg mixture the flour with the baking powder and mix well. It turns out that kind of dough.
Half of the resulting dough to put in a baking pan and flatten.
In the remaining dough add cocoa and mix well. Pour in the milk and continue mixing the dough until smooth.
The dough with cocoa spread for the light dough, flatten.
On top of the dough spread cherries.
Bake for ~25 minutes heated to ~180°C oven. In my oven, baked for 40 min. So it is better to check the readiness wooden stick.
Chocolate breaking into pieces and place them in a bowl. A bowl of chocolate to put in a water bath and heat until the chocolate is almost dissolved. Pour in the milk and mix well until smooth. Add a knob of butter and stir again.
The finished cake remove from the oven, cool and cover with chocolate icing. On top I sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea! ;-)
