Potato balls with mushroom sauce
You just imagine: little deep-fried potato balls we fill it with a wonderful mushroom sauce and put them for a few minutes in the oven! Presented? I propose now to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Potatoes wash, peel, boil with spices until tender, drain the water. To make puree, adding eggs, butter, milk.

Form of mashed potatoes balls, roll in flour, fry until Golden brown [I formed a rather potato pancakes, as you can see - and so can you].

Onions and mushrooms wash, peel, finely chop and fry.

Add to the onions and mushrooms a pinch of flour, spices, cream. A bit put out.

Form for baking grease with butter, put the fried potato balls, fill them with mushroom sauce. For 5 minutes put in the oven, preheated to 180C.
