Cheese pie
A long time ago I found this recipe somewhere on the Internet and since often it is cooked. I think this cake should appeal to the same cheese lovers like me.

Ingredients

  • Feta

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Parsley

  • Melted butter

Cooking

Feta mash with a fork. Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.

Mix cheese, chopped parsley, eggs. Pepper.

Mix everything carefully. Add a little milk (only necessary carefully to the dough was not very liquid, and I once poured the milk, then the liquid was poured long).

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out. Half of the dough spread on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter.

On the dough spread the filling and evenly distribute it.

On top lay the second layer of dough. Dazzle the edges of the cake. Also liberally lubricate melted butter.
