Cooking
To combine the flour, sugar, salt, vanillin. Grate the chilled butter on a coarse grater.
All grind into crumbs. I used a mixer with hooks for kneading dough, not warmed from the hands.
Add the egg and two tablespoons of ice water. Quickly knead the dough and send in the fridge for an hour.
Put the dough in shape (diameter 23 cm) and make low sides. Prick often with fork and bake the base at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. To remove the base to cool.
To prepare the filling. I used sheet gelatin, soak it in water. Mix raspberries with sugar and heat on the stove to dissolve the sugar. Frankly, I forgot to add water to the raspberries, cooked without her. Add vanilla and soaked gelatin. Do not boil!!! Dissolve in a hot mixture after removing it from heat. Cool.
Pour prepared and cooled base. Chill in refrigerator until fully cured jelly.
