Squid salad with Japanese dressing
This dressing for salads found in Japanese recipes. It really goes well with seafood and fish. Well, opponents of mayonnaise... obviously you will still make homemade mayonnaise for the New year or will find, like me, it in quality performance.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

Cooking

Take squid, clean. Put for 1 minute in boiling water, recline in a colander, drain the water and cool down. If you cook a lot of squid, I suggest to cook one at a time.

The cooled squid cut into strips.

Add the sliced squid marinated mushrooms, I got a Bank with legs.

Add the grated on medium grater cheese.

Walnuts grind in a blender into crumbs.

Half nuts put in a salad.

Prepare the dressing. Take mayonnaise, add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Put the squeezed garlic, I prefer to RUB on a fine grater, mix up.

Add dressing to the salad.

You can serve the salad in portions, in the bowl. When serving, sprinkle with remaining walnuts, decorate with parsley. Bon appetit!
